Once your content is approved by the Brand to post, double-check your approved caption with the brief’s caption requirements, to make sure that your caption includes all of the @ mentions and hashtags listed in the brief. If your caption matches all the requirements in the brief, our system will be able to match your post to your Pop Pays account shortly after you post it to the required network. 

If you edit the post to include a hashtag or mention, after you set it live, our system won’t catch it and we’ll have to add it manually. Our system is pretty spot on, but from time to time it does miss registering a post. If that happens, send us a message and we’ll get you fixed up right away.
