We know sometimes life happens, and fast. Dogs get sick, phones wind up in toilets, and babies get off their leashes. In the off chance something goes haywire and you’re not able to complete a gig, let us know ASAP. The sooner we know what happened, the sooner we can let the brand know. We’re definitely an understanding team, but failure to complete a gig may impact your rating. We’ll consider every cancellation on a case-by-case basis.
