Keep getting told you need to have an Instagram Business or Creator Profile, but you already have that type of account? Troubleshooting tips: 

  1. Make sure you have logged into the correct Facebook account. We’d suggest you log out of all Facebook accounts and reconnect on Popular Pays. Use your Facebook credentials to connect your Instagram Business or Creator Profile on Popular Pays. 
  2. Make sure you have connected your Instagram account to a Facebook Page. Learn more here about connecting your Facebook and Instagram pages.  
  3. Make sure you have granted us the correct permissions. We’d suggest you remove Popular Pays as a business integration, and after Popular Pays business integration is removed, try to relink again on Popular Pays. 
  4. Disable any Two-Factor Authentication and then try to relink. To disable two-factor authentication go to Instagram in-app: Settings ---> Security ---> Two- Factor Authentication ---> Disable. Assuming you’re able to successfully reconnect on Popular Pays, you can then re-enable 2fac. 

I run multiple Instagram accounts, and do not see the correct account on the Account list. 

We return  all of the accounts that are connected to the Facebook page that you signed in with. 

  1. Make sure you have logged into the correct Facebook account. We’d suggest you log out of all Facebook accounts and reconnect on Popular Pays. 
  2. Use your Facebook credentials to connect your Instagram Business or Creator Profile on Popular Pays. If you’re on the mobile app, we suggest trying on desktop.
